Organise a gift collection at your school, workplace or university

It is easier than it sounds. All you need is a box, the list and a few people who want to help. At the Superelf Factory in Warsaw we pack the collected items into Christmas gifts for children on the front line in Ukraine.

How to do it – 4 steps

  1. Choose what to collect

    Everything on the list or just one product – e.g. only chocolate, only soft toys, only torches and batteries. One product is the easiest collection.

  2. Register your collection point

    Fill in the short form below (1 minute). If you agree, your point will appear on the list of collection points 2026.

  3. Collect

    Put a box in a visible place, hang up a notice and set a deadline, e.g. two weeks. We accept new items only.

  4. Bring everything to the Superelf Factory

    When you are ready, come to us: al. Jerozolimskie 30, Warsaw, Mon–Sat 12:00–19:00. You can stay and pack the gifts with us.

What we need

For the gift

  • Fleece or plush blanket approx. 100 × 150 cm
  • Torch AA / AAA batteries
  • Batteries AA / AAA
  • Hand warmers
  • Chocolate
  • Chocolate bar e.g. Snickers
  • Wafer bar e.g. Prince Polo
  • Jelly sweets, dragées, candies
  • Biscuits e.g. Delicje
  • Soft toy new, up to 20 cm
  • Warm socks, gloves
  • Crayons, colouring books

For packing and transport

  • Boxes 25 × 25 × 25 cm
  • Packing tape 48 mm
  • Gift wrapping paper very large amounts
  • Markers, scissors, stickers
  • T-shirts and caps for Superelves with logo
  • Fuel cards for transporting the gifts

New items only.

Ideas: a class collects chocolate, an office – soft toys, a student hall – torches and batteries, a parish – warm socks. Every amount helps.

Name, address and opening hours – that is all. Your contact details stay with us: we need them to get in touch and to thank you after the campaign.
